We don't have any return policy, which means you are not eligible to request a return.

Your product is only eligible for a return, if you have received any defective product or any different size product. your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will call you for the new item.


Refund service is available when an order is canceled from our side due to some issue with the order. Not only we are able to cancel and initiate the refund

In case the customer wants a refund due to the ordered product is not in good condition or any other issue then after receiving the product back to our location. we will initiate a refund.

The refund process may take 10-14 days to credit into your account you will get updates from Razorpay/cash-free team like RRN number and Refund id on your email id.

Note: You have to courier and pay the products courier charges for (Exchange/Return/Refund) at our location and then we will initiate the Refund/Exchange/Return after the product is received
